Good antique condition with no chips or cracks. There are a few minor production imperfections, including occasional paint skips and firing irregularities typical of hand-decorated porcelain from this era. One cup has a rougher texture on the underside while the decoration remains intact. Another cup has a small area of discoloration that appears to be a firing flaw inside the cup that appears to be beneath the glaze. There is light, age-appropriate wear to portions of the gold decoration, consistent with careful use over the past century. Overall, this is a beautiful and well-preserved display set.
