Very good vintage condition. No chips or cracks were found. The gold trim shows light age-related wear, primarily on a few handles and around portions of the rims, consistent with careful vintage use. The hand-painted decoration remains bright and attractive. There are a few minor production imperfections typical of vintage Japanese china, but nothing that detracts from the beauty or display of the set. (See photos for more detail)
