Wonderful vintage condition with no chips or cracks. The hand-painted colors remain bright and vibrant, and the ornament loop and bell clapper are intact. The metal hanger at the top has a slight amount of movement, which is typical for vintage ornament hardware, but it remains secure and functions as intended. (See photos for more detail)
